Solana Beach Measure C: Yes Leads 71.91% in Early November Returns

SOLANA BEACH, San Diego County — November 4, 2026. Solana Beach voters are showing a substantial Yes majority in the initial unofficial vote on Measure C.

Current unofficial results

Figures presented from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters’ November 4, 2:51 a.m. update list 3,110 Yes votes (71.91%) and 1,215 No votes (28.09%). Measure C requires a simple majority, according to the county-election explainer, but the count is not yet certified. Additional ballots can change the percentages. Residents should consult the official ballot text for the exact policy involved; the voting percentages alone do not describe the measure’s full legal effect. The next county results update was scheduled for November 5 by 6 p.m. Pacific.

Counting continues

The results are preliminary; reporting precincts and completed election-night tabulation do not mean the county has finished counting all eligible mailed and provisional ballots. An official canvass and certification will determine final winners.
